Parking for residents: Two allocated spaces per apartment.
Visitor parking: Four spaces reserved for guests; 52 parking spaces in total.
Power & metering: Grid electricity, a backup generator and individual metering. No solar system is included.
Security: Guards, CCTV and controlled access.
Water: Borehole supply with storage tanks.
Access: Staircase access only; the apartment blocks do not have lifts.

Shared facilities will be managed by an external facilities company.
